AA Mirsons Solicitors Ltd – Mental Health Law.

The Mental Health department prides itself on providing a holistic approach to the needs of the Mental Health clients.

We can assist with appeals against detention under s.2 and/or s.3 of the Mental Health Act before a Mental Health Review Tribunal and/or the hospital managers.

We are able to attend to see clients at their home or hospital or secure accommodation if required.

We can also represent you under the legal aid regime if your circumstances satisfy the criteria as we are a contracted organisation.

If you are detained in hospital under the Mental Health Act you will be eligible for Legal Aid and we therefore can provide you with a free service.

We are also able provide assistance for any complaints or issues arising from incarceration following a Mental Health Act Order including appealing against this section.

We have Mental Health Tribunal Panel members as part of our organisation.
